Day 1
Arrive in Diani
Transfer from Ukunda airstrip or Mombasa to your hotel. Afternoon free on the beach.

Day 2
Wasini Island and Kisite marine park
Dhow trip to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park to snorkel, with a seafood lunch on Wasini Island. Dolphins are often seen on the way.

Day 3
Free day in Diani
Kitesurfing, paddleboarding, diving or a day off. We can book any of these locally.

Day 4
Fly to Lamu
Domestic flight to Manda Island and a boat across to Lamu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no cars.
Overnight: Guesthouse, Lamu
Day 5
Shela and a sunset dhow
Walk to Shela village and the dunes, swim, then a sunset sail on a dhow.
Overnight: Guesthouse, Lamu
Day 6
Old Town walk and departure
Morning walk through the Old Town, then the boat to Manda airstrip for your flight.
